How to Beat Odin and Alexander in game Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. In FF7 Rebirth. Gilgamesh Island has three temples that allows you to fight two summon bosses at the same time in order to temper their respective Materia. Tempering all of the Materia allows access to Gilgamesh. The key to defeating both is casting ATB weapon attacks on Alexander until Odin is pressured. Afterwards, release Limit and Synergy skills on Odin to make him disappear for a while. Make sure Cloud, and Aerith are holding weapons that has the Reprieve ability. Reprieve allows surviving death and you are able to quickly use item Phoenix Down to revive fallen members when Odin casts his power move. Note that this fight is easier than Odin solo because you are allowed to use items to heal, revive, or restore MP. Video includes all weapons, items, and Materia used at end of video.
